Thanks for the comment. I agree I think it’s a good idea. I explain to the kids that we receive gifts at Christmas because God gave us Jesus. God loves us and one of the ways to show you love someone is to share gifts. We’ve told the kids that Santa is one of God’s helpers, Santa helps give the gifts.

Maybe you could tell her the gifts come from Baby Jesus, that’s what they do in many Latin American countries, Karla was telling me about how they never had Santa. I like the idea, so I might do that with my kids some day.

The best part of finding out you are doing a great job, is that for just a little while you don’t stress about yourself. Until you make a tiny mistake, but that will be deleted when you make a come back and once again are affirmed that you are doing a good job. So just in case it has starte dot wear off, YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB CINDY! And your kids are the proof!
