Little Mommy

My oldest daughter is quite a little mommy.  Since the baby was born she has begun mimicking everything I do with the baby.  She pretends to breastfeed her bears or dolls, changes their diapers, tries to dress them, pushes them in the stroller, etc.

Today at Mass, she was standing beside me holding her bear.  I was holding the baby, singing and swaying.  I looked down and there was the middle child humming along with the music, holding her bear and swaying.

She was so intent and focused, like she was actually praising God with her humming as I was with my singing.

The amazing gift of children!
